Nannup Estate Phillip Stanley Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon draws from the estate vineyard at Nannup, situated high on the granite ridges of the Blackwood River Escarpment.

The grapes are picked at optimum ripeness and crushed into stainless steel fermenters for fermentation. Once pressed, the wine matures for 18 months in a selection of new and seasoned French oak barrels.

Each barrel is tasted and the best are selected for blending. The wine is minimally fined and gently filtered prior to bottling.

Dark red, Nannup Estate Phillip Stanley Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon has brooding dark berry flavours, savoury spice and fine tannins. Cellaring potential is 10 years.
